1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the balato88 platform ("Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the balato88 Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, balato88 is required to verify the identity of its users. You agree to provide, upon request, any of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable law or internal risk assessment.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. balato88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and freeze account balances pending completion of KYC procedures.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

balato88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as specified on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

balato88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

balato88 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the balato88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of balato88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of balato88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, balato88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. balato88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and balato88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
